Privacy Policy

Chris Flips Land LLC, a California limited liability company (“Chris Flips Land”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit chrisflipsland.com and when you apply to or participate in our programs.

By using this website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you submit the application form on this site, we collect:

We also collect any information you give us afterwards — by email, by text message, or on a phone call with our team.

We do not collect payment information on this website. This site does not sell anything; it takes applications, and our team calls you.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site we automatically collect:

Attribution information stored in your browser

When you first arrive, this site records how you got here and stores that record in your browser’s localStorage and in a cookie set on this domain. The record includes:

This record is kept for the duration of your visit and across later visits, and it is submitted with your application so that we know which ad, post, or link brought you to us. It is first-touch: it records how you first found us and is not overwritten by later visits.

You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

3. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

This site uses the following third-party tools. Each one receives information about your visit.

Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel on this website, and we also send the same conversion events to Meta from our server through the Meta Conversions API. Server-side sending means these events reach Meta even if the browser pixel is blocked by an ad blocker or by your device’s privacy settings.

When you submit an application, the information sent to Meta through the Conversions API is: a one-way hashed (irreversible) version of your email address and phone number, the Meta click and browser identifiers and the campaign parameters described in Section 1, your browser’s user-agent string, and the page you converted on. Your name and your application answers are not sent to Meta, and neither is your IP address. Meta uses what it receives to attribute the conversion to an ad and to build and measure advertising audiences. Meta’s handling of that data is governed by Meta’s own data policy.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic and engagement, including page views, clicks on the application button, video watch milestones, and scroll depth. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

Vidalytics

The video on this page is hosted and served by Vidalytics, which records video analytics including whether the video was played, how much of it was watched, and where viewers stop watching.

Typeform

The application form is hosted and processed by Typeform. Your answers, name, email address, and phone number are submitted to and stored by Typeform, along with the attribution information described in Section 1, and are then passed to us.

Cookies

These tools set cookies and similar technologies in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of this website may not work correctly if you do.

4. Our CRM and How We Contact You

Applications are passed into our customer relationship management systems — GoHighLevel and Close — where our team works them. These systems store your contact details, your application answers, the attribution record described in Section 1, and a record of our communications with you, including call notes, call recordings where applicable, emails, and text messages.

Our team contacts applicants by phone and by SMS, as well as by email. See Section 5.

5. SMS Consent and Mobile Information

By submitting the application form, you agree to receive calls and SMS text messages from Chris Flips Land LLC at the phone number you provide, including messages sent using automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

All third parties are required to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes we engage them for.
